Hi, I’m Meagan Tucker, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for helping couples create a solid foundation for their future.
With over 15 years in the mental health field and 6 years dedicated to couples therapy, I’ve seen how a little preparation can turn “good enough” relationships into extraordinary ones. Plus, let’s face it, everyone could use a little relationship tune-up before the “I do’s.”
Here, I’m not just another therapist giving you a to-do list. I get it—relationships are complicated, but they can also be fun! (Yes, I said fun. You’re going to laugh a little while learning a lot.)

I understand that beginning therapy can be hard to do. You have to make a commitment, meet someone new, and then share your deepest darkest vulnerabilities in order to hopefully gain something from it. I get it, however, from the side of the room that I’m on, in that therapist chair, I have seen so many wonderful moments that have changed peoples lives when they make that commitment. So, my goal is to continue breaking down stigmas and barriers to couples therapy in the background so all of you lovely humans can benefit.

You don’t have to wait until there’s trouble in paradise to work on your relationship. In fact, I’ve designed this premarital course for couples like you—who want to start strong, stay connected, and navigate life’s bumps with confidence and understanding.
This course breaks down the often-overlooked areas of relationships in a lighthearted, relatable way. You’ll gain tools to manage stress, improve communication, and (most importantly) learn how to stay connected—even when life feels like a game of relationship Jenga.
Spoiler alert: The more solid your foundation, the less likely you are to topple.

Your family probably gave you more than just that famous lasagna recipe. Discover how your upbringing shaped the way you relate to your partner.
Spoiler: Stress doesn’t stop after wedding planning. Learn how to manage it together like the dynamic duo you are.
Learn how to fight fair—and no, we don’t mean with swords or sarcasm. These skills will help you address disagreements without letting them blow up.
Deepen your emotional and physical connection by creating space for real, honest communication (and maybe a few inside jokes along the way).
On average, each section (video + workbook) will take you 2-3 hours, and you can pace yourself depending on your schedule. Whether you decide to binge-watch the lessons like a Netflix series or spread them out, it’s up to you.
"Meagan is an exceptional therapist who provided us invaluable support during our premarital sessions. She created a safe and comfortable space for us to discuss our relationship goals and challenges while enabling us to dig into deep and difficult conversations. Meagan's conflict resolution session was incredibly helpful; the tools we learned have been crucial in managing disagreements, and we aren't afraid of conflict spiraling out of control. Her kindness and compassion fostered an environment where we felt comfortable opening up and being honest with each other. We are so grateful for Meagan's guidance and support. Meagan is a passionate professional who genuinely cares about us and the prosperity of our relationship."
“We had been together for 8 + years and marriage was a big step for us. We had a lot of unanswered questions. Meagan's course helped us solidify our commitment to each other and give us ways to be better communicators by talking through our concerns for marriage. We are so happy we went through this course together. We highly recommend it!”
“We felt great about our relationship after we got engaged and kept having recurring fights and didn't know why. Our friend recommended that we see Meagan. We learned how to manage the conflict even before it escalated with specific conversations. We learned not only about ourselves, but how to work together as we grew together.”
“Meagan is a true professional in premarital counseling, as well as therapy more broadly. She has really helped my wife and I understand each other in ways that we struggled with before working with her. We started seeing Meagan for premarital counseling about 6 months before getting married, and we are still seeing her on a regular basis over two years later. This goes to show just how much of a difference she has made and continues to make in our lives.
Meagan has been especially great at helping us work through conflicts in our relationship by opening our eyes to perspectives that we hadn’t considered before. And she has given us actionable advice for resolving those conflicts, which we practice in session. The strategies she offers actually help us in the real world, and they will help you too. She knows how to structure a course like this, and we would absolutely recommend it to all couples!”
