Our Practice
While the role of a therapist is widely considered to help others, we also take pride in using the strong curiosity learned in school and in life decipher how the mind works to act as translator. Our practice extensive experience with crisis, suicide, trauma, substance abuse, premarital counseling; as well as couples and individuals under stress.
Our Treatment Focus
The focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. The practice focuses on helping couples and individuals looking to move past emotional sticking points limiting their abilities to be their best selves. Elevated Life Counseling embraces a coaching and educational style to help strengthen from within. The goal is to help you create a path to your goals.
